Very clean, the kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. Gianni is a good host! The tasks to be performed are transmitted with tremendous clarity and order. The work schedule is very well designed and organized. I am also eternally grateful for Gianni's flexibility, which allowed me to gather rest days to be able to go several days in a row to Torres del Paine National Park! I would definitely volunteer here! The hostel is a second home!!!

I volunteered at the hostel, in Puerto Natales, and the experience was exactly as agreed from the start. I already had very high expectations, but I was positively surprised by the level of organization of the hostel. Giannina has an impressive care for all details: cleanliness, organization, and even the smell of the facilities. It was a very good experience, Gianni is very kind and flexible so that activities can be done outside the hostel, I really liked the space, very clean and tidy. The volunteers' bathroom is located on the lower floor of the current house, and that makes it a bit uncomfortable, but it's the only one. I had the opportunity to go to El Calafate, Base Torres, La Cueva del Milodón and other Torres del Paine tours, the tasks are not complicated and the schedules are good. Excellent place to volunteer!

It's a small hostel with 12 beds, opened a few months ago but with a lot of charm and a backpacker vibe ;)
The tasks were simple: in the morning shift, do the check-ins, make beds, clean the common areas on both floors and maintain a good atmosphere
In the afternoons, return to cleaning the common areas and maintain a good atmosphere in the hostel ;)
Besides that, Giania is a very good host with a lovely project that deserves the support of all those who come to her lovely hostel
