As a Social Media Content Volunteer, you will help us capture the unique experience of staying at Traveler Hostel through photos and videos. You will document hostel life, interactions between travelers, our common areas, the pool, and special moments.
You will help create authentic and engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, photos, and short videos that showcase the atmosphere and social experience at Traveler Hostel.
You will also help with basic video editing, using creative ideas, current trends, dynamic transitions, and music while maintaining the authentic identity of our brand.
Your main activities will:
Activity days: Accompany guests to the activities offered by the hostel in the evening to capture real-time action.
Hostel days: Capture the atmosphere at the pool, multicultural dinners, and daily life.
Editing time: Dedicated space to transform captured material into high-impact Reels and videos.
Brainstorming: Share ideas to plan trends and the content of the week.
Quality and punctuality in Deliveries: The captured content must be delivered or published according to the agreed schedule.
Maintain the 'clean' and professional aesthetic that defines the hostel's brand.
Respect for rest: maintain a quiet environment at night, avoiding noises or behaviors that could disturb guests.
The respect for the 'silence hours' is fundamental. Even if you are a content creator, we must take care of guests' rest.
Keep the work team organized in common areas (pool, lounge, coworking).
Respect and good vibes: always maintain a friendly attitude with guests and colleagues.
