Program Details

Hi there,
We're not looking for a volunteer. We're looking for a presence.
Someone whose energy shifts the atmosphere of a room. Someone who understands that the most transformative thing a person can do for others is simply show up — fully, authentically, without performance.
We built this place on a quiet conviction: that the right person, at the right moment, can turn a group of strangers into something that feels like family. We have that group. They are curious, warm, and genuinely hungry for something deeper than another co-working space or another city on the map. They just need someone to help them slow down long enough to find it.
That's where you come in.
We're not asking you to run a programme or fill a schedule. We're asking you to bring what only you can bring — your practice, your presence, your particular way of seeing the world — and trust that it will land exactly where it needs to.
In return, you'll have a real home. Not a room in a building, but a place where people know your name, save you a seat at dinner, and genuinely care how your day went. You'll have space for your own practice, time that belongs to you, and the rare gift of an audience that actually wants to be changed.
If this sounds like something you've been quietly looking for — we'd love to hear from you.

Activities & Shift

Hi there,

I'm one of the founders of Coliving Valencia, and I'm writing to you personally because what we're looking for can't really be posted as a job listing.

We're looking for a presence. Someone whose energy quietly shifts the atmosphere of a room. Someone who understands that the most generous thing a person can offer others isn't a perfect class structure — it's showing up fully, and making it safe for everyone else to do the same.

Here's what we've built: a sun-filled home in Valencia where curious, warm-hearted people from all over the world come to work, connect, and remember what it feels like to actually live. Digital nomads, travellers, people in transition — they arrive as strangers and leave as something closer to family. What we're missing is someone to help us all slow down long enough to go a little deeper.

We'd love to invite you to join us as our resident yoga and wellness guide. Not as staff. Not as a service provider. As a member of the home.

In practice, this could look like a slow morning flow in the garden among the orange trees, a restorative session under the string lights as the sun sets over the pool, or simply sitting with someone over tea and being the kind of presence that makes people feel less alone. We're not asking for a fixed timetable. We're asking for you — whatever shape that takes.

In return, you'll have a beautiful private room, a table at every family dinner, and a community that will genuinely show up for your sessions because they want to be there. You'll also have real time for yourself — to deepen your own practice, explore Valencia, or simply rest in a place that knows how to hold people well.

Your studio could be our sun-drenched deck by the pool, the garden with its scattered orange trees, or the cozy living room.

Rules

We have mats, a few props, and a lot of open hearts.
We name our rooms after the people who've shaped this place, because we believe that the right people don't just pass through — they leave something behind. We would be truly honoured for you to come and write your chapter here.
If something in this message resonates with you, we'd love to simply have a conversation. No pressure, no formalities — just two people seeing if this could be something real.
