In our beautiful Indiana house we need a bunch of help: general manteinance, cleaning the house, painting, some construction, general knowledge of plumbing, electricity etc.. We can work out what is the best arrangement for you, we are flexible schedule wise.
We are actually open to have a person working 1/2 shift and getting payed for it, and shifting from volunteer to staff,after a month or so.

Painting and labour done usually in the mornings but the work can be piled to work double a couple days and have 4 days free if you want.
We usually work between 4 and 5 hours per day 5 days a week
In the house sitting: cleaning, prep rooms or our house for visitors, grass cutting and general mantainance, less hours but more responsibility.
Don't hurt yourself! Have fun, and be easygoing. Stay if you enjoy and move on if you don't, be mindful of others and respect them...and that's it. Don't smoke inside the house and help clean in general.
