Welcome to our family-run language centre and three-storey homestay in coastal Vietnam! 🇻🇳
We're looking for a creative volunteer to help us share what makes our school, homestay, and community special. You'll capture the real moments that happen here – from teachers connecting with students in the classroom to volunteers sharing meals, exploring together, and experiencing everyday life in Vietnam.
Your content will help us grow our social media, attract future volunteers, and introduce more local students to our English programmes. It's also a chance to build your content creation and social media experience while creating something meaningful.
While you'll need to cover your own flights, visa, travel insurance, and internal transport, we're always happy to offer guidance and advice to help you prepare for your trip and visa application.
📱 Your Role
Your role is to capture and create content that brings our school, homestay, and community to life.
This may include:
📚 Teaching moments: Taking photos and videos of teachers, volunteers, and students during classes and activities.
🎥 Short-form video: Creating Reels and other videos showing what it's like to live and volunteer at our homestay.
📱 Social media content: Designing Instagram carousels, static posts, and other visual content that tells our story and showcases our community.
💡 Creative ideas: Coming up with content ideas to grow our social media and connect with future volunteers and local students.

🕐 Your Schedule
You'll volunteer 3 hours a day, 5 days a week, with flexible working hours. Depending on the day, you might capture classes or activities, edit content, create posts, or plan future content.
Class schedules and activities can vary, so we're looking for someone who can spot interesting moments, tell a story through content, and bring their own creative ideas to the role.
🏡 Life at the Homestay
Outside of your volunteering hours, your time is yours to enjoy. You'll stay in our three-storey homestay, sharing a volunteer dorm and enjoying three meals a day, with a quiet workspace available if you're working remotely or have your own projects.
Relax on the rooftop, explore local cafés and beaches, learn some Vietnamese, or practise riding a scooter. You can also join the community for games, karaoke, mountain picnics, or trips to Mui Ne.
It's a chance to slow down, experience everyday life in Vietnam, and become part of a community while you're here. 💛
• You should be comfortable taking photos and videos and creating social media content.
• Previous social media or content creation experience is preferred, but creativity and enthusiasm are most important.
• Please be respectful when photographing or filming students, teachers, and other volunteers.
• Come with an open mind, a positive attitude, and a willingness to get involved in our community.
