My experience at the guesthouse was incredible, but short; there were only a few days free before another volunteer arrived. Ăngela and Artur are super nice, relaxed, polite; I was very well received and treated while I was there. The guesthouse is of high quality, with excellent treatment of guests, staff, and volunteers. Highly recommended.

The hosts are super nice and flexible with the schedules, the pousada's facilities are excellent, it's close to everything and to the main tourist spots of Reviver Cultural SĂŁo Luis, the team is formed by women, they are super attentive and willing to help with day-to-day activities. The volunteer duties are basically to receive guests by giving directions and clarifying any doubts, to organize the gelopar and help with breakfast when necessary. The experience was great, I loved it! The scheduling was perfect for exploring the city and the surrounding area, the location is perfect (it's in the middle of the historic center), the staff are lovely and Angela is flexible and practical! The tasks were easy and as agreed. I highly recommend!

The positive point was the location and getting along with the girls at the reception. The tasks were never communicated before or during my stay; you just do as they ask. At the reception, besides the tasks, I had to wash all the cafe's dishes and clean the rooms, which I would do without problems if I had been warned.
There is no exclusive room for volunteers and I moved rooms more than five times. The owner is ungrateful: she only criticizes, doesn't recognize any work you do. I offered to bake fresh cakes for breakfast, I updated catalog photos and I never even received a thank you from her.
