Amazing experience! I stayed there for a month and I can only say good things. Both Rhona and Stew welcomed me instantly and often invited me to fun activities not mentioned on the page, in my case camping, BBQs and swimming. I would highly recommend this place to people who don’t expect constant social interaction, as it is quite remote. The WiFi works well though. I really liked the tasks I was given and the dynamic, as I was usually working alongside either Rhona or Stew. The schedule was also great, I usually started around 12. Especially recommended if you like critters.

Our time at Billy's the farm has been absolutely incredible! Rhona and Stew are kind, generous and easy going hosts who made us feel so welcomed. The hours were flexible and days off were spent exploring nearby national parks and towns, or chilling in the cabin. Work contained healthy variation throughout our stay - one day we would be herding cows and the next planting veggies! The only note is that the remote nature of the farmstay could feel a little isolating for solo travellers, however as a couple we had no issue with this. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!😁🙌
