I enjoyed my time volunteering in the project. I signed up for farm work but when I arrived I ended up doing teaching English. The project is connected with all the other projects in the area so I met other volunteers and enjoyed exploring the local waterfalls and Kuta beach. The local community was also incredibly welcoming and kind, I was shown the weaving and pottery villages which I loved. Divo was so generous with his time and took me to see daily life in his village, meet the local school and see the farms too. I learnt so much more about Lombok culture throughout this experience.

My experience with the project Association was truly unforgettable. The community is incredibly welcoming, and I felt at home from the very first moment. Working with the children was a lot of fun and very manageable. In addition to teaching, activities for our free time were recommended and organized. You have your own private room and receive freshly cooked meals every day. For anyone who wants to get to know the local culture and have an authentic experience in Indonesia, I can highly recommend this volunteer program.

It's so difficult to summarize my experience, but I will say my time here is the absolute best!
I felt very welcomed by the locals and the team here that I felt exactly at home. I taught English to kids from 4-6pm, me and other volunteers would explore waterfalls & local crafts before work. I stayed in NH Villa, Ong is the BEST cook, the rooms are super comfortable, & they support you in any way.
I also came during Ramadan, so it was interesting being immersed into the local culture and religion!
Each day here is so different and special, it feels exciting to be spontaneous.

My experience at the project was amazing. It was my first volunteering experience and I was more than surprised. The place where I stayed it was so nice and I was so well taken care of. They also provide you activities for your day off to really get to explore the area . I was also invited to locals activities like a school exhibition and community meetings. They really want you to feel welcome and part of the community and they also involve you in a lot of extra and local activities .

I volunteered here for about a week, for most of the days I was helping out in a social management homestay program for adults and the last 2 days I was teaching English to children, I really enjoyed teaching the children and you could really see the impact it made for them. The accomadation was really nice with a private room being provided for each volunteer and 3 meals a day cooked by the hosts. I would definitely recommend this volunteer project for anyone wanted to be immersed with the locals in the project.

From the first moment I arrived at the villa I felt very welcome. Everyone in the community is doing his best to take care of me and they al treat me like family. We had a lot of fun together. The volunteer task were so fun, and I loved to work at the warung. I had only time for 1 week, but i wish I could stay longer!

Everyone in the community is very kind, warm, and welcoming! I was well taken care of and comfortable. Teaching was very fun and fulfilling, the students are very enthusiastic. This has been one of the best things I've done in my live. I have feel welcomed from the beginning and it was very nice to experience the local lifestyle being able to share it with other volunteers all around the world. All the people there made my stay very special. I had signed up for 1 week but ended up staying two weeks and would have loved to even stay longer. Teaching the kids was a really incredible experience I will never forget and carry them in my heart. I know this is a place I will come back. Thank you for this memorable time.

I had the best time with the project Homestay Association. I stayed for 9 days, but it definitely could have been longer. The people there are the friendliest I've ever met and it felt like home the very first second I arrived. Also the teaching with the children has been very fun. They were a blast! I can not stop saying how much I appreciated my stay there and can only thank the whole community and already wish to come back!!
