From the first day I was received with open arms and I felt really at home. Meeting Alegría and its foundation was wonderful and allowing me to be part of this project is something I will keep in my heart forever!!! Working with children from the Afrodescendant community allowed me to know another form of education and another culture so different from mine. Being able to discover their riches and leave them my grain of sand in a more loving and creative education was really beautiful. I will surely return

I arrived in Chocó and the chocana jungle hugged me in a way I didn't know I needed. It brought me back to being, to the center, to the simple and to the true. This experience was a precise opportunity to reconnect with the proyeto, with the land and with love, of that kind that doesn't make noise but sustains everything. Here the girls and the boys are pure love. They surf, release turtles, walk through the jungle and teach us about fruits, plants and life cycles with a naturalness that moves. Learning from them is to remember that wisdom also arises from play, from curiosity and love.
