Trung was such a great and welcoming host! His place isn't too far from the centre of Hanoi and he is such a chill guy, it was a great experience staying with such friendly locals & other backpackers. Would recommend this experience for sure.

My experience here was fantastic and everyone is beyond nice and the facilities are great. Trung is super flexible and allowed me to arrive a day later than agreed on short notice. There wasn't always a ton of communication but I always got an answer to a question if I asked. Loved my time here and loved everyone I met!

Great living accommodations! Bedrooms have strong AC and electric mosquito traps so I was very comfortable during my stay. The beds themselves were also clean and had cozy sheets. Trung is definitely someone worth knowing. He is very funny and has an incredibly kind heart. He is committed to bringing good to his community, and it is evident in his dedication to building a space to help students of all ages improve their English skills. Hours are minimal and he was flexible if I wanted to go into Old Quarter/explore Hanoi during my stay.

This was a great experience for my first visit to Vietnam! Trung (pronounced Chung) was a great host and i applaud the learning project he has developed. The Vietnamese students are truly engaged and eager to learn. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful! I would love to come back!
