Generally I had a nice experience. I ended up only doing reception, which was a lot to handle at first but worked out fine with the guidance from Alexandra & Alberto. I choose this place to improve my Spanish skills which worked out great with the many Spanish guests. Although Aritz & Unai weren't at the hostel all the time, we could always asked for help when needed. A bit unexpected was sharing a room with the guests but it ended up being okay. Because of the close work with the surf school, we also did a lot with their volunteers & made our time together more enjoyable.

I had such an amazing time here! 🌞 Conil is absolutely beautiful and the hostel feels super cozy and welcoming. The work was very fair and not hard at all, especially during low season.
Everyone was so kind and friendly - I met so many lovely people and made some really great friends. I also loved getting the chance to try surfing! I'd 100% recommend this experience 💛

I had a great time at the hostel. It was like a family volunteers, clients and the managers!! The work was not to hard and fair hours. The town Conil its self is so beautiful and we could use the surfboards, skateboards and shuttle in our free time. I would highly recommend staying as a client an volunteer. Perfect place to chill, learn a new skill, make some friends or remote work!

The experience at the hostel is unique, one of my best experiences so far; Unai, Aritz and Alberto were the best during the two months I was there, you practically form a family with them and the other volunteers, they also supported me and were very flexible with any problem that arose during the experience. If you want to improve your surfing, I highly recommend this volunteering.
