The experience

If you have a welcoming spirit, enjoy meeting people from different cultures and speak English and Spanish, we have an incredible opportunity for you! We are looking for a volunteer to act as a receptionist at our hostel, where you will help create a memorable experience for our international guests.

At the moment, we take care of 2 dogs :)

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner Spanish

Between 18 and 80 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

The volunteers are expected to comply with a 5-hour shift per day, 5 days per week, at the reception, where the tasks range from cleaning, managing reservations and booking, welcoming the guests, and offering our available tours to the guests.
English is required.
