I would completely recommend this place to travelers that want a chill place to volunteer. The tasks were pretty easy, I was doing social media and helping with the cafeteria. There was not much movement so I had a lot of time to help with their social media. Hours were respected and meals as well. The family is pretty nice and welcoming. There is a view point to see La Sierra Nevada!

Best volunteering! Being welcomed with arepas made by Mrs Jenny on the spot and in front of me, the interaction with her and Mr Wilmer is like being among family, kind and understanding people, always attentive to our schedules, well-being and our meals, wonderful food made with a lot of love, always prepared by Mrs Jenny! Work and tasks always well explained, sometimes heavier and tiring and other times lighter and calmer. The schedules are always respected and the place is peaceful and tranquil. The bus to Tayrona passes by the door, the Eco Café and the Mirador are a charm! Beautiful sunsets

The tasks are very easy and clear from the start. The hosts are understanding and generous. The food is very tasty. It is a nice place to connect with local people, nature, and tranquility. I feel that it is perhaps a space for people who seek tranquility, to slow down the pace, or I could say it is ideal for people who work online.

It's a very quiet place, if you want to get away from the city and take a breather, it's the ideal place because it's surrounded by nature, during my time there I learned several things about coffee, the work was simple and what was agreed from the start was respected, thanks for the experience!💚

During my volunteer work at this place I learned a lot about the importance of creating a calm and family-like environment. From the beginning they explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable working in the cafe.
I also learned the value of patience and of attending to people with calmness and good energy. Yenith and Wilmer were very kind to me, they always made me feel welcome.
It was a very beautiful experience where I always felt good, at peace and comfortable with the whole atmosphere.

An ideal volunteering opportunity to rest in the middle of nature. Mrs. Jenny's food is delicious and the location is excellent, facing the road, with easy bus access to Tayrona National Park, Palomino and other places. My shift was in the morning at the cafe, with easy-to-learn tasks. I recommend agreeing on the work days when you arrive. It is a peaceful place where I spent quite a bit of time alone, so I recommend it to those seeking silence and moments of solitude. It is important to know that there are power outages most days and to bring insect repellent because there are a lot of mosquitoes.

The hosts' treatment is good. Ms. Jenit is great company. The place is very pleasant, surrounded by nature, and the tasks are easy.

However, there are details that could be improved, such as the organization of schedules and commitments. In my case, during the last week they didn't give me the two days that were agreed upon, nor were they clear from the start about the days off; it's a detail that could be improved.

It's also good to consider if you are the type who wakes up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, as from time to time they let the dog out at night.
