This experience was a 10/10! From the day I arrived, I felt very welcome by the whole team. The tasks are as described, the social activities are especially fun to lead. You get to meet lots of guests from all over the world, which makes every day different. Communication with the host, Kika, was always very clear throughout my stay, the hostel is beautiful and in a great location. The overall atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming.

My first volunteer experience has become a intense and life-changing one thanks to the hostel and its welcoming team, the friendly travellers and the unforgettable volunteers I've met along the way. During my stay, I was able to express my creativity by painting the hostel's plant pots. And, at the same time, I've learnt how to organise social activities in a cheerful and fun atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place. A month flies by! This opportunity has been a great personal learning experience and I'll carry the hostel in my heart.

A fun social experience where I made great friends in an an gorgeous hostel. The activities were fun to gather people for and the shifts were well organised and clear. I really enjoyed my time here and miss the other volunteers I became close with. We would go to many events and see attractions around the city. I had a great time at the hostel! The staff of the hostel is both friendly and helpful for guests and volunteers alike. They've created a very fun and welcoming environment. The work primarily revolved around event coordination/hosting and typically was very laid back. I would absolutely recommend the experience to others and hope I get the chance to return someday!

I loved my time spent at the hostel! It was my fourth time volunteering with the hostel, and I absolutely loved it! The staff is amazing, and the other volunteers were great too. The work was as advertised, and the time for the shifts were always respected. I spent only three weeks with them, and time flew by, I hope I get to go back sometime :)

I really loved my stay in Ostello Bello Milano Duomo and I recommend everyone to go!💓 The work we do as volunteers is really fun; it goes from organizing the different activities like karaoke, to just talking with guests and locals!! The shifts are great and flexible, they send them with time for us to organize our week with the days off. People who work at the reception and bar are so nice and welcoming, they make you feel part of the family from day one!! I can't thank them enough for making my stay so great❤️ I feel like I learnt a lot from this experience and I definitely want to come back
