Program Details

Your responsibilities include reception support (check-ins, guest communication, information and city recommendations), general operational help (groceries, preparing spaces, watering plants, maintaining shared areas), and occasional assistance to housekeeping.

Some days might be more focused on practical tasks, like supporting our cleaning team, while other days you’ll be more involved in the social side of the hostel — helping with activities from our regular program (pancake mornings, movie nights, etc.) or bringing your own ideas to life.

We’re looking for someone positive, adaptable, and happy to jump in where needed. Being comfortable with both guest interaction and hands-on tasks is important, as well as having a responsible and open attitude.

From our side, we’ll make sure you feel supported from the beginning with a full introduction and ongoing guidance. You can expect a friendly, welcoming environment, a lot of variety in your days, and the chance to meet people from all over the world while being part of a small, close-knit team.
