I had such a great time as a volunteer here the school. It was such a pleasure working with Sean, Mie, and Dylan. The kids were fun and so cute. I only wish I stayed a little longer. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to make an impact in a community and immerse themselves in a non-touristy area. Had so much fun and learned so much during this opportunity!

I had such a wonderful time volunteering here! Sean and Mie are amazing teachers and made me feel welcome from the start. The kids were an absolute joy to teach, and I loved getting to know them. I also loved immersing myself in the culture. Sean took us to a tofu-making class, and his brother-in-law invited us to a huge family dinner. The food prepared every day was delicious, and having bikes made exploring so fun. So grateful for the experience and memories!

I had a really great time the school! The tasks are always clear, and there is some flexibility about when you do them during the day. The accommodation is amazing, and the meals are also really good! Spending time with the children is very rewarding, and Mie and Sean are great hosts. If you want an authentic experience and really experience Vietnamese culture, you will love it! I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it.

Volunteering at the school was an amazing experience, Mie and Sean were not only good hosts, they also talked to us, the volunteers, a lot. They made me felt welcomed and integrated. Being with the kids and helping them learn english was an awesome experience too! the school is a small rural time so if you are looking for the real Vietnmese experience this is definetly the real deal. The house itself is so nice, and it has all the necessary commodities and more. I definetly recommed this experience!!

Volunteering at the school Bavi School was such a lively and rewarding experience! 💛 I had the joy of painting a mural in one of the rooms, and it brought me so much happiness knowing the children might find inspiration in it and dream about their own potential. Mie, Dylan and Saun are amazing teachers, and I learned so much from them. The kids are incredibly fun and creative ! I'll miss them so much! 🥹 If you're thinking of joining, come with ideas and ways to contribute. The work can be intense, but it's so rewarding. The house is luxurious , and Co Dao cooks three delicious meals a day ✨

I spent two weeks in the marketing role (my first Worldpackers experience!) and had a great time. Sean and Mie were upfront and clear in the expectations, and I had everything I needed to succeed. The whole team were super welcoming, and the house was such a lovely environment to stay in; excellent food, great company and plenty of opportunities to explore the local area. Living the school is a great chance to contribute to an authentic community away from the tourist bustle of Hanoi. Wish I had space to write more, but just get in touch with them and see for yourself how amazing they are!

Volunteering here was amazing! This was my first Worldpackers, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The hosts were kind, fun, and very hard working. Communicate your needs with the hosts, as they are flexible and are willing to listen. I felt included and respected.
Teaching was very rewarding. The kids here are fun and silly. The house is very clean and the food is delicious. I felt safe while exploring the school. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. By the time I was leaving, I finally got my students names down. Stay more than 2 weeks if you truly want to make an impact!

Volunteering at the school was one of the sweetest and most meaningful experiences of my life. Sean and Mie were warm, welcoming, and supportive, while the children filled every day with laughter and unforgettable memories. Even the simple routines became special. To future volunteers: come with an open heart, patience, and a genuine desire to help. the school gave me more than an experience—it gave me a home, a family, and memories I will carry for life.

My experience at the English academy the school Vì near Hanói was very positive. I worked on marketing tasks such as filming, photography, and editing promotional videos for the school. Classes encourage active participation through games, music, speaking, and challenges, and the teachers bring great energy. The area is peaceful and authentic, away from tourist spots, and the local people and hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. A great cultural exchange experience where you can also learn a lot about local life and culture in Vietnam. They made me feel at home from the very beginning.
