Program Details
This role combines content creation, guest interaction, and event support. A key part is actively engaging with guests — starting conversations, helping them feel comfortable on camera, and encouraging participation in content and hostel activities in a natural and respectful way.
We host regular community events such as pancake mornings, handcraft nights, movie nights, and board games. You will help organize, capture, and promote these activities, and you are also very welcome to bring your own creative ideas and organize your own activities.
From our side, we provide onboarding as well as ongoing support. We also have our own content direction and ideas, but we truly value initiative, creativity, and personal input in shaping the hostel’s online presence and atmosphere.
No professional equipment is provided, but also not a must — a smartphone can be enough. Editing skills are a plus but not required, as our marketing manager can help with editing and handles publishing. Your main focus will be capturing authentic moments and contributing to the hostel’s community feel.
