We will threat everyone with respect and expect the same thing. This is a family setting were you have you'll stay in an older travel trailer that we started updating . The bathroom is inside the house, but you'll have your own area and are also welcome to come with us if we go to Orlando or on any other trips, or enjoy the pool, yard or bbq. The weather is sunny most of the year, so come and enjoy swimming, hiking, water sport, surfing etc.

Volunteers will live on our property. This is our family home. We are easy going, both 35 years old. We have small dogs and a 5 y.o. son. Our friend lives at the property too.

Es solamente una experiencia de muchas, me fue mal, no se respetaban mis horarios y me obligaban a trabajar por demasiadas horas sin comida, mi compañero de cuarto se frustraba al verme llegar tan cansado, tuve que tirar muchas ropas que manchaba y ya no servían más, no me daban break, comida nada, hice una losa ( la base estructural, de otra casa, que estaba a millas de esa casa, me fui una noche.. estaba todas lastimadas mis manos, no me daban ni botas, trabajaba descalzo, ojalá puedan cambiar, soy una persona no tan fuerte de caracter y puede que hayan visto en mi una oportunidad, disculpas

This is not at all what happened. You wanted to make a concrete patio. We never asked for it. You mentioned you worked with concrete and wanted to do it. You started and you were happy. We tell everyone we work 20 hours and my husband told you, if you needed more hours, you would be paid or you could use them for the week after. (We have this on video) You poured concrete, that was completely unlevel and left overnight. You left us with $1000 in damages. I wish you never started the project. We don't provide food as mentioned in our listing, however Karel brought you chicken a few times. We provide a bedroom, with small fridge and microwave airfryer and by the pool is a 2 burner cooktop. You never mentioned any issues. You were allowed as many breaks as you wanted, we ask volunteers to fill in their work hours and are flexible in that. You were looking for a job and left overnight without any communication.

It was a very good experience, the family is very friendly and understandable.
The accommodation and location are nice.
Everything was very good, the only observation was that we didn't have defined work days, we didn't have a clear schedule.
We woke up not knowing if we were going to work or have the day off. But whatever you agreed on before, they agreed.
So the next volunteers need to talk about the days they want to work and the days they want off.

A nossa experiência foi boa, ficamos hospedados em um quarto em anexo a casa. Precisamos ficar 1 semana a mais do que o combinado e foi tranquilo, fizemos passeios de barco e em uma feira nos finais de semana com Karl e Lianne. Nos receberam muito bem mas tivemos mais contato de trabalho, não tivemos muita troca. Não tem muita organização de horário e atividades a serem feitas, é repassado no dia assim você n consegue se organizar com antecedência. Há farmácia e mercado próximo além de um ponto de ônibus em frente a casa que permite você se locomover por toda região por 1,50.

Fomos recebidos muito bem pelo Karel e Lianne que são muito simpáticos, foram bem prestativos e atenciosos. Nos levaram fazer alguns passeios aos finais de semana. Ficamos acomodados em um quarto em anexo a casa, usamos a lavanderia e o fogão. A casa é bem localizada, possui mercado e farmácia próximos e a parada de ônibus é bem em frente a casa, o que permite ir a praia e outros lugares por $1,50. O trabalho é tranquilo, basicamente limpeza e ajudar na reforma de outras casas, o único ponto negativo é que não tem muita organização de horário (o que dificulta um pouco para você se programar).
