The staff and volunteers at this hostel were all so kind and fun to work with. Never had a bad day here. The hours are respected but you've got to be flexible on certain days, which was totally fine with me. They keep a system whereby you can openly trade shifts with other volunteers if you need a last minute change. Futhermore, the hostels are non-stop engaged in activities to meet people, socialise and just have fun which was super nice. The location is terrific and the facilities are just fine! Coming back sooner or later :)

My experience at the hostel was excellent. One of the highlights was the people and volunteers I met, as well as the staff, who were always incredibly kind and friendly. I would certainly recommend this experience to anyone looking to discover Lisbon, meet new people, practice foreign languages, and enjoy a unique kind of vacation. I am leaving with immense gratitude for everything I experienced and with memories I will cherish for a long time. Thank you for being part of this chapter of my life! ❤️

My first experience as a volunteer and it was very good! The place is nice and has an excellent location. The people who work there are very friendly. Working hours are respected, you have the possibility to enjoy the place and your free time. I recommend it! Lisbon is a beautiful city❤️

I had such a fantastic time at Sunset the hostel! I could not recommend volunteering at this hostel more. The hostel is a beautiful environment to spend time (particularly the rooftop pool and terrace), and is located in a central and accessible area to explore Lisbon. The staff were incredibly generous and kind, fostering a welcoming and highly enjoyable environment. The tasks were straight forward and not strenuous, and I never felt like they impeded on my ability to have fun and do activities. Particular shoutout to my group of volunteers, you guys really made my Summer!! <3
