Voluntariar en el hostel fue una de mis mejores experiências de voluntariado! Adela, Dave y toda la gente fue muy amable y siempre mi respectaram mucho. Las instalaciones del hostel son muy buenas, con cocina, buenas duchas y la ubicacion es perfecta. los horarios y dias libres son respectados y ademas es posible disfrutar de la ciudad en tus dias libres y en el shift donde lleva los huespedes a hacer tour. Recomendo el hostel a todos!

Cleaning, Night Shift, and Reception
The hostel is very good, good location close to market, bars and public transport and has great facilities. The hostel has a lot of rooms so there's plenty to do during shift. And everything you need there is in the hostel, a large kitchen, TV room, reading and place to work online, if you need it. I have always been well treated and respected here. Is a good place in San Diego.

I hold a degree in Human Resources Management, I have an MBA in Project Management, and several courses in the area of projects and people management.
I worked for twelve years in a multinational IT company, where I spent most of that time in project management. Before this last job, I worked at two other companies, in the administrative/financial area, and I am currently working as a freelancer in the tourism sector.
I've visited 38 countries so far and have already explored a good part of Brazil. I'm passionate about everything related to travel and about discovering distinct places, especially when I go off the traditional tourist route.
