We are a very small family and we value every volunteer who comes with the intention of helping and collaborating with us.
We provide a space for your stay, I (Nelson) live at home with them and we share time together, we are also just a stone's throw from the lake and all the volunteers who have arrived spend half a day at the hostel and half a day in the water, haha
It's just me Nelson, Dennilson helps me with cleaning and keeping the house in order, Mauricio is the other partner but he is never with us; mostly it will be me (Nelson) with whom you will have more contact

I had such a special experience volunteering at the hostel! I spent 10 days teaching yoga and creating content while getting to experience the beauty and slower pace of life in Guatemala. It was a great balance of contributing my skills, connecting with travelers, and having time to explore on my days off. I'm leaving with so many memories and a lot of gratitude for the experience. 🌿🤍

The hostel is a beautiful place with many plants and spots to relax, volunteering is simple and Nelson is very flexible with the schedules, he is an excellent person, as are the other workers there, thank you Nelson for everything, I carry you in my heart ❤️

As a first time Female solo traveler, I couldn't have picked a better place to volunteer! Both Nelson and Dennilson are very kind and I really felt welcomed at the hostel. The schedule was as we agreed on and they really want you to enjoy your stay and explore around the island. I truly feel like this was one of the best trips I've ever had and I would love to go back one day!
