La experiencia en Amy Vu fue muy interesante. Tuve la oportunidad de ayudar a los niños a aprender inglés, conocer la cultura local y visitar diferentes sitios de la ciudad de HaNoi (la ubicación del voluntariado es lo mas positivo, que te puedes mover en bus público por toda la ciudad). Amy fue muy amable, receptiva, flexible, respetuosa y clara con las responsabilidades y horarios que se debían cumplir durante el voluntariado. La limpieza, el aseo y el orden del sitio es el único aspecto muy susceptible de mejora.

If you had a great passion about teaching and education, I highly recommend this place to you. Prepare yourself, know what to bring on the table and everything will be fine. I have everything in my control (clean room with balcony and a sharing clean bathroom). Amy's assistant cooked & prepared three different meals every day; Breakfast at 8 AM, Lunch at 1:00 to 1.30 PM and Dinner around 7-8 PM. I teach in small groups of children and one adult everyday on weekdays. Amy and her staffs are very helpfull. I only stay for 1 month, I would love to come back here if she need me. Thank you Amy.

This experience was challenging. Poor communication, room and shared Spaces were very dirty ( no one cleaned up in my 2 weeks stay). No one from the staff spoke a word in english so we did not connect even though i was eating with them.
Amy helped me when I was sick but apart from that we didnt communicate ( poor understanding and maybe not interested).
Her fruit shop employees broke Into my room several times without asking, and stole my stuff.
On the good side the kids were adorable and I miss thzm

Fue una experiencia muy linda, Amy y su familia hacen su mejor esfuerzo para que todos los voluntarios nos sintamos cómodos, yo quería hace mucho tiempo tener una experiencia así y fue lo que recibí.
Es un emprendimiento familiar por lo que puede llegar a tener sus variantes, solo un poquito de paciencia y todo funcionara muy bien, fue una gran oportunidad para compartir con los locales y aprender de la cultura. Siempre recordare esta experiencia como una de las mas bonitas. Gracias

It was my first workaway experience and I loved it! I’m so grateful. I teached adults and kids in small groups. I wasn’t overwhelmed and English is not my first language. I got to interact with the socials in every way! I would totally recommend this! Thank you <3
