I had such an amazing time volunteering here!! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Virginia is absolutely wonderful, super friendly, patient, flexible and always happy to help. The Thai ladies working there are the sweetest, always smiling and bringing such good energy! And the dogs!!! So many adorable personalities, it's impossible not to fall in love with them The place itself is fantastic, well maintained, super comfortable and has everything you need. I genuinely loved every moment here and already miss everyone! Can't recommend it enough!! ❤️🐶

With a heart full of gratitude, I want to say that it has been one of the noblest and most enriching experiences of my life. Thank you all! Mo, Parm for caring for the team and for opening the doors to us with so much affection. Thanks to Ja, Ho, Din for being so loving, so dedicated and so responsible with the team and with the dogs; and thanks to everyone behind this project, it's a blessing to be part of it. I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who truly seeks a genuine connection with the dogs and with the culture. Note: riding a motorcycle is essential! I hope to return someday ❤️

I initially planned to stay here for about a month, but I found that the people here are incredibly warm. Everyone is very nice, the scenery is great, and everything is very convenient. It was enough for me, and I stayed here for two months. In these two months I gained a lot: I learned to cook Thai food. I found that Thai food is really delicious. Here, locals come to our apartment two to three times a week to cook for us, which is very tasty. Sometimes they also buy us other local snacks. I really like it here and I would definitely come back; it is completely convenient. They provide a kitchen, a washing machine, a fridge, and a motorcycle.

My stay at the organization Welfare was wonderful and inspiring, I have never been to a shelter before so it took some time for me to adjust but was loving the work once i got used to it :) The staff are super nice and helpful, they all have so much love and care for the dogs! I learned a lot from them and I will miss them and the lovely animals.

It's a very beautiful experience and a wonderful project! I loved spending time with the puppies and the people who work here. In general, the activities are simple, and a lot of quality time is spent with the dogs. I really liked the atmosphere and I am grateful to the people who work here; they are very kind, generous, willing to help, and they put a lot of love into what they do and into the dogs. The place is very comfortable, calm, and the island is very beautiful and tranquil. I would definitely recommend it and I would love to return.
