Atol Refúgio Natural
Refúgio Atol is a space for therapies, leisure, spirituality, and contact with nature. We are 16 km from Uberlândia, with the Araguari River in our yard. We live far from the noise and stress, making it the perfect place for those seeking self-discovery and tranquility. We have four dogs that love affection and a calmer cat, and our meals are vegetarian.

My experience was amazing! The activities were very varied: painting, gardening, harvesting, cleaning, cooking and other day-to-day tasks, which make everything light and enriching.
The place is wonderful, surrounded by nature and by the Araguari River; it's an environment that does good to the heart, soul and spirit.
I didn't even know how much I needed to meet Paulo; besides being an excellent host, he became a great friend and a mentor.
I am very grateful for all the conversations, warmth and learnings.

Our experience with Paulo was very special. He is a very communicative, welcoming person with a big heart. We spent days full of learning, exchanging stories and connecting with nature. One of the most memorable moments was getting to know the forest through his eyes.
At times we missed a more defined routine, but we talked about it and everything fell into place. The communication made all the difference for the experience to be light and positive. And he makes an amazing soup 🤩

Spending almost a month at the inn was wonderful! So much peace, a blessed place. I will miss life in the countryside, the pets, and especially Paulo, a very wise, respectful, high-spirited host who helped me a lot with good conversations, knowledge about forest medicines, good advice, a great tour guide, talking about local culture, taking us to see tourist spots in the surrounding areas, in addition to preparing delicious meals. The work is very calm and there is plenty of time to rest, meditate, and enjoy beautiful landscapes. The inn connects you, elevates you, transforms you✨🫶🏾
