In addition to a calm and safe environment, you will have the opportunity to get involved in real projects from a technology agency (Droi), which allows you to develop skills in marketing, business, and technology.

I am the founder of a university coliving project and also of a technology agency called Droi, where we work on digital solutions such as POS systems, websites, and marketing. I consider myself an entrepreneurial, organized person focused on creating functional spaces, with a good atmosphere and growth opportunities.

The team is small, but very committed. We like to work in a practical way, with good communication and respect for everyone’s time. Here we do not believe in unnecessary pressure, but in responsible task completion and in generating a pleasant environment for everyone.

Volunteers will be treated with respect, clarity, and good energy. From the start, their tasks, schedules, and expectations will be explained to them so that everything is fair. We also highly value initiative, so if someone wants to propose ideas or contribute more, it will always be welcome.

We are interested that the experience be positive in both directions: that you contribute to the project, but that you also gain learning, contacts and a good experience living here.
