Here at Temperança, we believe that cooking, living and creating are parts of the same gesture. We welcome travelers who seek authenticity, nature and purpose — people who want to feel the rhythm of real time, the one that smells like bread coming out of the oven and sounds like live music in the late afternoon.

Our bistro is more than just a place to eat: it's a space of art, culture and human encounters. Staying with us, you will participate in the routine of a project that values the territory, follow the production of artisanal breads, focaccias, traditional dishes and cultural events, and turn all of that into visual stories.

Accommodation happens at our sítio on the Rio Sagrado, atop the Morretes mountains — a green and tranquil refuge where we live: us, Rayani and Diogo, our 1-year-old son, two cats and a dog.
Here, the coffee is filtered on the spot, the work is done with affection and every day is an invitation to live more simply and truly.
