It has been our first experience, and we were welcomed as if at home; Arturo and Yess are excellent hosts and very flexible, and I would definitely choose them again. 🙌🏻❤️

It was a really pleasant time with Arturo. The accommodation is cozy and has everything you need. The communication was always fast and easy, the tasks are also clearly defined and easy to accomplish. Although I could hardly speak any Spanish, I got along well. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed environment.

Yessi and Arturo are great hosts; from day one they explained everything to me clearly. They are very kind and flexible, I felt comfortable and supported throughout my stay. Definitely this is a space I recommend, plus they give you the opportunity to discover places outside the city, and I was very grateful for that. I definitely want to return someday!!

My experience at the hostel differed from a typical hostel stay. Upon arrival, my room needed cleaning. The work exchange lacked organization, with no clear schedule or separation between work and personal time. Volunteers were expected to remain available throughout the day for check-ins and checkouts and to monitor the group chat according to the house's needs. I understood that we received 2 days off rather than the 4 stated. There were also limited opportunities to explore Puebla. I appreciate the opportunity. Clearer expectations and greater structure could improve future experiences.
