It was a wonderful experience that I will never forget. I only have words of gratitude for absolutely everyone who lives and works in the house. Even for the dogs and the cat! I learned a lot, and every task I carried out I did with pleasure and joy. I would come back here a hundred times more. I hope to have contributed everything they needed, as I feel that I take away more than I could give. You will all always be in my heart. ❤️.

I loved being at the center! Ameeta, Eddy, and Kátia are very dear people. Amanda, another volunteer in the same period as I, was a great coworker. Karuna arrived a little later, also a great coworker. The other staff at the center are also nice; I learned a lot from each person at this special place!

The Center is pure love. Ammeta welcomes with a unique sweetness, the space is beautiful and each detail has care. The food is the kind you eat while praying; the watercress cake with chocolate was an explosion of flavor! And Ed… he has memory loss recently, but I felt that he did remember me yes,kkk Intelligent, funny, taught me to thank in several languages and became my “radar for pretty hair”: he only sang Pelados em Santos when I was arranged 😂. That innocence and joy won my the Center. Ammeta and Ed together make this place a little piece of home. 🌿✨

Simone's dedication in the kitchen teaches us the sacred in simplicity, and the daily care for the dear Eddy, the guardian of the place, shows the purest face of love. Sensational, wonderful, and all the words that could try to describe something indescribably good! I literally felt 'loved' - not only because Ameeta called me that 😂 but for all the warmth, affection and quality time I received. One of the few places that really honor volunteering for its real essence: a bilateral exchange! I would definitely return, and I recommend the Center with all my heart 🙌🏻🤍
