CHE Nómadas Mérida
Vivir la experiencia de estar en el caribe es totalmente única! Ven y disfruta la posibilidad de conocer personas de todo el mundo, recorrer las bellas calles de Mérida y su ciudad llena de cultura.
Además, el Hostal cuenta con un gran ambiente, su enorme piscina hace que los días sean mas refrescantes, y siempre hay algo para hacer. Mérida es un lugar único!
Porque es un lugar donde conocerán viajeros de todo el mundo, abiertos a iniciar una charla, compartir experiencias de viaje, anécdotas y secretos de viajeros
Además, al estar en el Caribe Mexicano, los voluntarios pueden aprender y perfeccionar el español, y conocer la ancestral cultura maya y también la vida moderna mexicana y sus tradiciones y comidas típicas.
Siempre estamos pendientes de sus llegadas, que descansen la primer noche y que tengan un buen check in. Queremos que se sientan en familia, conozcan a todo el equipo y se incorporen poco a poco a la comunidad. Además, estamos siempre atentos a sus inquietudes y destrezas, para poder ayudarles a conocer a fondo el caribe y desarrollar sus aptitudes profesionales

Excelente experiencia he tenido y ha sido una aventura fantástica, aprendi mucho de cada área y tambien he conectado con los huéspedes, espero algún día regresar, agradezco al mejor manager del Che, Felipe, una gran persona, también a mi amigo Emma, Zulema y todas esas personas que me ayudaron a ser mejor erosiona y profesional, esta muy lindo el Hostel y sobretodo la energía

I would put 4 stars if I could , the place is nice , in the heart of Merida , free tours , easy job, I had a good time and explored. Unfortunately I’ll have to only put two stars because of the poor treatment I received by the managers of the place who were totally unfair to me. Another volunteer got asked to leave early because of the reception manager , who the manager of the hotel supports no matter what, even when he breaks rules. They were both abusive. The experience could’ve been great if it wasn’t for them. Also the dorm is mixed genders, small and there is not a lot of food to eat.

Che nómadas was an amazing base for traveling around the Yucatán. The work was fun and the coworkers so sweet! It’s a chill vibe but also plenty of social events if you want to go out! Wish I could have stayed longer <3

Overall I really enjoyed my time at Che Merida and I would’ve extended if I could’ve. All the staff and volunteers were so kind and welcoming. Felipe the host was really fun and flexible with work, as we would have different shifts every time to keep things new and exciting! Thank you to everyone for making this such a wonderful experience.
