cliff cottage resort
We are a small cozy pet friendly resort in a quiet bay. Most of our staff is Thai, and we can use some help with English communication etc for our guests. Volunteers help in reception, restaurant, check in, pet cuddling, beach cleanup, chatting with customers etc
We ask for a min of 3 weeks to we have some time to get to know eachother, quite many volunteers have signed up for longer or came back to stay with us. It does take some patience to get to learn the "thai way" of handling things and communication, but is a great cultural interaction once you feel at home.

I absolutely adored my time at the guest house. Unfortunately, my stay ended a little earlier than planned due to an unexpected medical emergency, but everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding throughout it all. Krystal even came to visit me in the hospital, which meant so much to me. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, all of the animals, and the beautiful surroundings. Even during low season, I really enjoyed my time there and felt very welcomed. I would absolutely recommend the guest house and hope I can visit again someday!

Ha sido una experiencia increíble! Me gustó mucho trabajar con el equipo! Las misiones son muy divertidas e interesantes, recomiendo 100% esta experiencia. La isla es muy bonita, puedes hacer kayak, snorkeling, buceo y pasar un rato tranquilo en la naturaleza. La comida ha sido muy buena y el equipo como una familia. Quiero volver!! Gracias por todo!!!!

I really liked my experience in the guest house, I will definitely go back there, and the owner , she's nice and friendly, if you guys are looking for comfort and you're an animals lover and chill , that's the right place to go , and you can also swim and go diving and snorkeling…. And more and more

I had an amazing time volunteering at the guest house. The location itself is truly beautiful, but what made it even more special were the people I've met and the animals that made me feel so welcome every day. The team ist very lovely and kind and the tasks were fair and manageable, allowing enough time to enjoy the surroundings . One thing to keep in mind is that there can be occasional communication difficulties, but as long as you are prepared for that and stay flexible, it's not a big deal. Overall it was a great experience and I'm glad it got to be my first Worldpackers experience.

From day one, I knew I was going to love this place—my first thought was “3 weeks won't be long enough.” It's a tucked-away spot on a beautiful island, and the staff are genuinely sweet and welcoming. If you have experience in the service industry, it's an easy transition into the work. Like any volunteer position, you get out what you put in. I hope you appreciate this place as much as I did. If you don't mind sleeping with a fan and being kept company by the wildlife, you'll feel right at home.
