Dharma
Dharma is located in a Beautifull spot in Chacahua beach, close enough to town but at the same time , far enough to be in nature and far away from noise. In a walking diatnces of 15 to 20 minutes.
We are constantly growing in services, cabañas and planting more and more trees, making spaces more green and confortable for guest and volunteers , for this reasson there are so many areas of work where we use help.
Dharma is a family bussines where you will be treated as one more member of the family, we are based in values, land conservation and eco-friendly procces for daily routines. We have a kitchen for guest and volunteers as well as frecuently group activities. Food gatherings are common and part of the Dharma expirience.

The lodge and the restaurant Nanu is an amazing place to volounteer! Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming and Chacahua is a beautiful place to be and relax and unwind in nature. It is a place like no other and I would recommend it to everyone!

During the volunteering I felt welcome both in Chacahua and by the Dharma team. The place has an amazing energy, and the people and nature are incredible. I learned about bioconstruction techniques for disaster prevention. Kris as a boss was always flexible, generous, and in general a very good friend who made hard work genuinely enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend volunteering with Dharma to anyone who wants to get to know a part of the Mexican Pacific coast from a more human perspective.

Isla Cachahua is really a paradise, a place that seems almost out of this world. Magical, full of energy and beauty. It was a truly special experience. Living and working here, in contact with nature and the sea, was an experience I will carry with me forever and I am happy to have lived it authentically, leaving me many beautiful memories. I absolutely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to step away from routine and experience something different.

The lodge is an amazing place! This was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't have asked for a better one! If you're looking to reconnect with nature and appreciate the simplicity of life this is the place for you! Task varied and some days where shorter than others which meant you had most of the day to yourself and to be able to explore! It truly was an unforgettable experience!
