Econunay Hostel
ECONUNAY is a very cozy and quiet hostel that offers more than just an average backpacker experience. We invite you to come, kick your shoes off, feel at home and enjoy exchanging cultures and lifestyles.
We are a small hostel with a very small and young staff, we like to be like a family. We have some experience of travelling in Europa, especially in Barcelona.

A experiência no hostel foi muito boa. Eu tinha aplicado pra uma vaga no bar, mas o Erick me pediu gentilmente para cobrir uma outra vaga no café da manhã. Tudo foi conversado e flexibilizado com muito respeito e atenção, então não me importei em fazer. As tarefas são tranquilas e te dá muito tempo e energia pra curtir Arequipa, que é uma cidade linda e igualmente tranquila. Super recomendo!

I had a great time at the hostel! It's a really great hostel, with some fantastic staff members. There are events run every night, so lots of opportunities to meet new people, and Arequipa is a beautiful city. The location is great, only a short walk to anywhere in the historic centre. Would definitely recommend a volunteer position here!

Para uma primeira experiencia fui muito bem acolhida, respeitada e orientada. Erick me atendeu e me explicou tudo o que eu precisava. Maricel (recepcionista) foi minha companheira de todos os dias e falamos muito em inglês. Todos os horários e combinados foram respeitados, assim como no dia em que precisei ficar de repouso (por um mal estar de saúde e pós atendimento médico) fui atendida. Senti falta do quarto e banheiro dos voluntários ser esteticamente melhor (tendo atenção à limpeza assim como é nos dos hóspedes). Obrigada a todos do hostel que me apoiaram neste primeiro voluntariado!

My volunteering experience at the hostel was my first—and likely my best. Manuel and Erick are incredibly nice, laid-back, and funny hosts; it's a pleasure to work with them, and just as much fun to simply hang out with them. I always felt comfortable and welcome. The staff—such as Luis—are also super nice and cool people. I highly recommend this hostel for anyone looking to volunteer. And if you're looking to learn some Spanish, it's a great place to do just that. 10/10—the next time I'm in Arequipa, I know exactly where I'm heading.

Tive uma excelente experiência no the hostel, fui muito acolhida por toda a equipe e espero poder voltar. O quarto oferecido é simples e a limpeza deve ser feita pelos próprios voluntários, mas muito confortável e bem equipado, o que me deixou ainda mais a vontade. As tarefas são tranquilas e Erick e Manuel estão sempre a disposição para tirar dúvidas/ajudar. Ótima opção para quem busca um lugar tranquilo, mas ainda sim divertido e sociável.
