Volunteers love our place who like to take advantage of the free yoga classes, being in nature and an independent work schedule where self motivation is helpful.
In general the volunteers have a lot of autonomy. We provide lodging with a full kitchen for the travelers to use for light work hours. When there are retreats or events we ask a very different dynamic. We hope for full participation when not working and food and lodging are provided. This is a much more communal experience.

We had a wonderful time in the Center! Helena welcomed us so warmly, during the Yoga Retreat we could participate in all the activities, in Exchange we cooked for the participants and helped out with whatever came up. During the time of the retreat the work and the activities mix up, so you are sometimes busy all day - but with all the fun things you get to participate in it's some really amazing days! While there is no Retreat the work is very flexible. We helped painting the Walls and could organize our working time completely on our own.

La experiencia con Helena ha sido muy positiva. Es una persona muy cercana que te hace sentir como una más de los suyos desde el primer momento. Consigue que te apetezca pasar tiempo con ella. El lugar es muy acogedor y permite un contacto con la naturaleza que ayuda mucho al descanso. Cuando hay retiros hace falta disponer de más tiempo para colaborar, pero las semanas sin retiros son muy ligeras y una se puede organizar las tareas con bastante libertad. Recomiendo este voluntariado tanto por la zona como por el tipo de dinámicas que Helena consigue crear. Espero volver pronto 🤍

Helena tiene una visión clara de lo que quiere; encuentra siempre la forma de compartirla y canalizarla con los voluntarios. Es impresionante su transparencia y claridad al comunicar los objetivos a alcanzar. Los días en que hay retiro, el ritmo de trabajo es enérgico, pero se compensa con la compañía de personas adorables y un contexto mágico: desde cascadas de agua cristalina hasta bosques y dunas frente al océano. Los días en que no hay retiro, el ritmo de trabajo se adapta a las necesidades y objetivos que Helena establece inicialmente con cada voluntario. Súper recomendado, volvería!

Gostei bastante do meu tempo no centro, Helena e os outros voluntários me fizeram sentir em casa. Estive em um momento que havia retiro então as tarefas eram todas voltadas para isso. Apens gostaria que a comunicação tivesse sido mais clara a respeito das tarefas, horários, obrigações etc. Fora isso não tenho nada a reclamar e recomendo esse voluntariado para quem busca um lugar de tranquilidade e com lugares lindíssimos por perto!
