Gili Castle Hostel
You will be living in a tropical paradise! We have great staff, a wonderful pool, a jumping platform, cold Bintang beer and the opportunity to make new friends. We have a rock climbing wall next to the pool. Be the life of the party here and help our guests feel at home.
Our management team and staff are very kind and caring people. All of our volunteers feel like part of our family here. We provide you with accommodation and breakfast during your stay plus time off. The schedule varies depending on the day and what events we have going on.

I had an absolute blast at the hostel! Would have stayed longer if I could have :( Great team, Elin, Jess and James are on top of shifts and always happy to help, and all of the volunteers are fab! If you're a social person, it's the easiest work ever! Would recommend highly

Had the best time in the hostel t!! The task were easy and whenever there was a problem or I needed help, I always felt like I could come to them. The whole experience felt like being part of a little second family, and I'm so grateful for all the people I met and the memories I made. I would definitely do it all over again and can't recommend the experience enough! 🤍

I had soooo much fun at the hostel, jess and elin are wonderful managers theyre super flexible and theyre also so much fun! The hours were exactly what was agreed upon and if there was any reason you needed to switch up your schedule they were super helpful. The island itself is probably one of my favorite places ive been- the local food is delicious, the locals are so so so wonderful, and theres plenty to do! I would absolutely recommend!!!
