My first experience as a volunteer was at this beautiful place in the jungle, the Center, surrounded by its fauna! I loved coming here!! I had access to several very unique and magical experiences, such as doing yoga, visiting a cenote, going rowing, stand-up paddleboarding, among others. Ricardo was a great host, always very accessible and attentive to what we needed. I am very grateful to Ricardo!!

My experience at casa Mayan jungla, was a bit of a challenge at the beginning because the accommodation was not as agreed. After speaking with Ricardo, we found a solution. Ricardo is a lovely human who's happy to share with travelers. He invites you to salsa classes, canoeing, cenote and beach trips. You can feel he's well intended and just wants to have fun. The work is easy and he lets you choose what to work on. When I arrived there was another yoga teacher, so I had to take on other jobs, that was a bit odd but I managed. Overall I had a good experience, I'm grateful!!

Ricardo (el centro) es un excelente anfitrión, superó mis expectativas porque me compartió algunas experiencias que no fácilmente puedes disfrutarlas a menos que como él, hayas vivido por varios años en el mismo lugar - en éste caso, Puerto Morelos y sus alrededores: me 'compartió' a sus amigos y me prestó sus accesorios y equipo personal para participar en ¡snorquel, baile de música salsa, canotaje, fiestas! La experiencia en la jungla fue bonita, Rico vive en un lugar hermoso con buena armonía, su casa es muy acogedora y tuvimos una habitación y baño propios, a demás de tener acceso a las áreas comunes y la piscina. Hay que aclarar bien cuáles van a ser los turnos de trabajo y cuáles serán los días libres. Se hace una compra en el súper correspondiente a las dietas de la semana, por tanto, no olvidéis abasteceros bien para tener vuestra independencia alimentaria. Hablando la gente se entiende para lograr la buena convivencia.
