KERE-KERE
Help with adapting a community teaching space and learn about a low-impact lifestyle, in connection with and respect for nature. Here you can learn about various trades of rural life and work with the land, delving into the local culture.
Activate your senses with the surroundings. Located near the entrances to Hornopirén National Park, explore the surroundings and the town by bike, enjoy the southern landscapes; forests with clean air, rivers and streams to savor pure water, views of the Andes, volcanoes and mountains with spectacular sunrises, sunsets and beautiful starry nights.
If you're interested in free days, I offer visiting the most beautiful places in this town on nature tourism, to share with you what I know about Local History, Geology, flora and fauna.
Hello, I’m Gabriel and for the past 6 years I decided to adapt a bus as my home in the community of Chaqueihua, Hornopirén (Northern Gate to Patagonia, Carretera Austral)
My work as a local guide and the development of this teaching space for the common good is driven by preserving species and the healthy balance of ecosystems.
Here we will work together to adapt the space, learn and teach with the surroundings; Primarily I need help with field tasks (cutting firewood, transplanting, pruning, carrying things) I am building a new shelter, to subsequently relocate the current one, as well as the garden and other parts that will make up this community teaching space.
Currently we share the shelter with Tobi, Tiliko and Navidad. As well as the care and cleaning of the home.
Other disciplines and motivations are also welcome to contribute to the construction, maintenance, advisory and dissemination of this space.
I will guide you and let myself be guided in the tasks of developing this project.
