Unfortunately I broke my foot and was unable to make it to Merida for this experience. However, I wanted to review it anyway because I was so impressed with the owner and her communication. When the incident happened I communicated with her about it and we changed the days several times in hopes that I could make it. Finally the doctor said, "No, yhou have to stay off it." The whole time she was kind, understanding and flexible. I can only imagine working with her at the hostel would have been an awesome experience. If I'm ever in the area again I hope we can connect!

Amazing experience, the city is beautiful and the team is amazing. Paulina is a sweetie and you will feel like she's been your friend all your life. The location is great, the staff is super friendly and the tasks are easy to understand. Will come back for sure!

I had the impression that i didn’t being part of a project. The host wasn’t here and the receptionists almost didn’t speak with me. You don’t have your own privacy because the volonteer’s bedroom is also the closet for the sheets. Except that, Mérida is a great city for chill out and i was very free with my timetable.

Fue una linda experiencia, aprendí sobre la cultura local e hice muchos amigos, los acuerdos del voluntariado se cumplieron. Las personas que están a cargo son muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar siempre . El lugar es espacioso y confortable.
