La Controra Hostel
Naples is an amazing city! Absolutely unique town in Italy and all Europe!
Our hostel is one of the best structures of the city, with a lot of chilling spaces (bar, tv saloon, working spaces, big garden...) and it is raw to find this kind of place in the city.
Volunteers will be able to meet people from all around the world, have fun and relax on your free time, but also learn about the napolitan culture with our local staff!
We are already a pretty "big" structure with more than 80 beds but we always try to keep a family vibes!
So volunteers will be part of our team as a complete member of it!
We try to communicate a lot between us and think that this is very important for the good ambiance!

The hostel was one of the best experiences of my trip. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is welcoming and helpful, and the people I met there made my stay even more special. I felt at home from the very beginning. It's more than just a hostel; it's a place where you can meet people from all over the world, share experiences, and create memories that stay with you long after you leave. I'm really grateful for the time I spent there and for all the people who made it so special. I would definitely recommend the hostel to anyone visiting Naples. I hope to come back one day!

Volunteering at the hostel was one of the best experiences I could have had. Naples is magical, and I met amazing travelers and locals during my stay. The hostel is safe, well located, close to shops, supermarkets and the metro, and you can walk almost everywhere. Plus,the bus in front of the hostel can get you straight beach.The staff were always kind and welcoming, and the work schedule was always respected, leaving plenty of free time to enjoy the city. It was my first volunteering experience, and I would absolutely recommend the hostel to anyone wanting to experience the best of Naples!

If you're reading this and wondering whether you should volunteer here or not, simple don't think twice and do it. the hostel was my first volunteering experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. Sonia, Pascuale, Dalila, Manuele, and honestly the whole team are the sweetest people. They're always willing to help you with anything you need and make you feel at home. The hours and tasks are exactly as described and you have plenty of free time to explore Napoli and even visit many amazing places nearby. Thank you guys ❤️🩹✨

My experience was truly amazing! Communication was always clear, and I felt at home from the beginning. Sonia was very attentive, making sure no volunteer felt overwhelmed. Everyone was flexible, the agreed hours were respected, and the atmosphere was welcoming. It's a great place to make friends, and the Wi-Fi works well for remote work and online meetings in the lobby. The hostel is close to the metro, with plenty of free time to explore Naples, the islands, Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast, and Rome. The entire staff is wonderful, thank you for everything! <3333

The experience was great (: The hostel environment is super pleasant and the whole team is very welcoming and understanding. The working hours are fulfilled as agreed and sometimes, if the tasks are already completed, we work even less. Sonia, Natasha, Dalila, Sergio, Emanuele, Pasquale and everyone on the team have always been very helpful and dear <3 It was my first volunteering experience and it was perfect, I have nothing to complain about, just to say thank you.
