We are Aurelie and Enrique, and we decided to set up a small, renovated Bed and Breakfast in one of the best areas of Valparaíso, Cerro Concepción. It is very quiet, with a beautiful terrace and excellent views, perfect for resting. We are looking for people interested in getting to know the city and culture and who can also help us with the daily operations of the hostel; we are always looking to add committed people who want to enjoy a safe and peaceful environment.

At first it was a very good experience, but later there was a change of owners; the staff are very loving and make you feel at home, but regarding the schedules, they are not respected and they constantly ask you to work overtime. It has a good location but too much work with the current owner; guests disturb outside of hours and the pantry is very small. It has a very good location and the hostel is very beautiful; I suggest that if you go you make arrangements with the activities you will do, you will love it ❤️

This was my first volunteering experience; the responsibilities are clear and simple. We volunteered two days on, two days off, and we worked 3 hours in the morning doing light cleaning: sweeping and cleaning the shared bathrooms. The location is wonderful, safe, and close to all the main sights, so I would definitely recommend it.

Working at the guest house was my first experience as a Workawayer, and I couldn't imagine a better start to my adventure! Thanks to the kind people who work there and the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere at the hostel, I felt very welcome. Even though I only speak beginner Spanish, it wasn't a problem because the whole team was very patient and understanding. The workload isn't very heavy and the hostel is in a great location, so working there really gives you the opportunity to get to know the city.

El Salvador
Valparaíso is a beautiful place to visit, and the Gallery is also in a very good location. I enjoyed my stay a lot, the tasks were easy and the girls were all very friendly, I highly recommend the experience at La galería 🤗
