Really enjoyed my time here. The work was simple and manageable, mostly taking orders, serving, clearing tables, and handling bills, and everyone always help during busy hours. The hosts and staff were welcoming and lovely, so it quickly felt comfortable. I met people from many different countries, improved my social skills, learned how to ride a motorcycle, and joined their boat trip. 10/10 experience. Big thanks to all Bong Bong for making my stay so unforgettable.🙏❤️

What the host lists on the website doesn't match what you find when you arrive. It's not 30 hours a week and one day off per week. In total, it's 42 hours a week and one day off per week. There are no bicycles. Wi-Fi isn't always available because the host doesn't want to pay for the service. The “room” and the mattress leave a lot to be desired, as the conditions are unacceptable, especially after so many hours of work. Similarly, the bathroom next to the volunteers' and workers' rooms is in inhumane conditions. Despite this, I had a pleasant stay and good communication with the guests.

It was a very nice experience to meet new people and learn about their culture. I enjoyed working there and I felt like I was at home. The owners are very understanding and respectful. I would definitely come back again.

I had the best time at Lily's the farm! Asai and the rest of the team are amazing people and will always be there for you! The work is mostly serving food, but it was super chill, and you get the chance to meet lots of people from all over the world (and locals, of course). You work 7 hours a day but it was super fine and even fun. I highly recommend this position to anyone willing to immerse themselves in local cultural and live on the remote side of the island.

We had an amazing two-week volunteer experience at Lily's the farm! From day one, we felt like part of the family. The work was enjoyable, giving us the chance to interact with tourists, and the food was incredible. Asai and Sheila are super friendly and always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Lily is lovely, the area is beautiful, and the restaurant is stunning. We loved every moment and would definitely love to come back! We already miss this place, I'd recommend to everyone this opportunity.🤍 See you in 10 years, Asai!🌸
