Mannaz La Casa del SER

It will be an experience out of the
ot the ordinary and at the same time one of the most normal. The only thing I can say is that it will be an experience worth remembering.

About me, I can only say that I am an ordinary human being learning to live from the heart. And for the work team: It will depend a lot on the moment they arrive; there will be occasions when there will be more people to share, there will be others when the work will be quieter and in contact with nature and only myself. There will be moments when I can be there and others when I can\'t. It is impossible to define something concrete since everything is in motion. In the end, what is clear is that, trusting that everything always happens as it should, every person participating in the project will receive the moment they have to live.

My volunteering with Carlos has been a unique experience. In a month at the project, I had the opportunity to discover many things about myself and about what surrounds me. I recommend the experience to everyone. Thank you Carlos❤️❤️🫂

The two weeks we spent with my friend Betti at Carlos's farm were great. Carlos is a super kind and easy-going person; his project is really good and it was a pleasure to help in whatever we could. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the tasks were simple, although some required a bit more physical effort, but nothing out of this world. The agreed hours were met and we had flexibility to take days off whenever it suited us. We were able to go hiking in the area, go to the beach, and visit neighboring towns. It was my first volunteering experience and I highly recommend living this experience!

For a first volunteer experience, I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity of the place, which allows for a real immersion in the heart of nature, between river and mountains. During my stay, we sanded and varnished wooden chairs and tables. Volunteers sleep in a shared yurt, which makes the experience even more convivial. Be sure to bring warm clothes: nights are chilly! The work pace is ideal for people looking to reconnect with nature.
I recommend this experience and thank Carlos for his warm welcome.

I've had an incredible experience at the project. From the very first moment I have felt very welcome; the treatment has been close from Carlos and his mother Pilar. You can tell there is a lot of affection behind everything they do. They are creating a beautiful project, well organized, and in a fantastic place. I leave very grateful for how I have been treated and for everything I experienced. Without a doubt, it is a place worth visiting and being part of. Highly recommended.

This was a great place to volunteer! I helped dig the irrigation canals and do some other maintainance tasks while I was here and wish I could have stayed longer. The finca is in a very beautiful and peaceful location by the river and it is also a very convenient to walk into Lanjarón for anything you need or to explore the town or catch the bus to Granada. Carlos and his mother Pilar were so welcoming and kind and I really enjoyed spending time with the other volunteers who were there at the same time. I also appreciated being able to go to some of the yoga classes that Carlos teaches.
