The hotel in Bacalar became my home, a super pleasant environment to stay and work, time to enjoy the lagoon, the hotel's pool and continue getting to know it. Miguel and Armando are very patient to teach and share the knowledge of managing the place, very respectful and friendly. At the hotel there is an apartment assigned only for volunteers that in my case I didn't have to share because it was the only one, so I was very comfortable, but I learned that sometimes there are two, then you have to share among ourselves. I plan to return soon, many thanks to the hotel!!

I had an amazing time at the the hotel. The host is super friendly and invited me to meet his friends and go to cool events. The tasks are very easy to learn and the team at the hotel made it so easy to feel welcome and at home. The accomodation is located within the hotel, which was a huge benefit. I enjoyed my time and I would really like to volunteer again!

Mi primera vez trabajando en recepción de un hotel y la experiencia fue súper chila, Maria (recamarista), Armando (mantenimiento) y el velador, siempre amigables, pacientes conmigo, cuando necesitaba apoyo siempre estaban ahí para ayudarme, y de Miguel (manager) al pendiente en todo momento y rápido para solucionar cualquier problema, mucho valioso aún, siempre trato de incluirme y de hacerme sentir como en casa. Los horarios y descansos cumplidos 100% además de ayudarme ajustando mi horario a mis tiempos libres de mi trabajo remoto. Bacalar mi segundo hogar.
