Terrible experience. The photos here do not match what is offered. Moldy, clogged, dirty bathroom, no hot water (I have photos). I arrived and I wasn't greeted by anyone but a cousin; I stayed alone, without taking a shower and unable to use the bathroom! It's not a house, but a backyard. The room is upstairs and the bathroom downstairs, having to go down many stairs outside in the cold to go to the bathroom! The kitchen isn't the same as in the photo. There's no living room to work as in the photo. Lack of communication; they didn't respond to messages. I stayed 1 night and left, and I was forced to pay for lodging. Stay away.

Nice expérience with a lot of freedom during the tasks. However much of the things I tried to implement wernt taken into account.. The room is ok and you get a lot of blankets.However there is no lock on the bathroom, leading to some akward situations... No warm water or heating either. Some of my food was stolen in the kitchen as well... As far as the discounts on excursion were conscerned i only got 20 soles réduction (you can negociate the same in other agencies) you have to take them in your off days and create content. They canceled my first volunterring the day before aswell

A experiência com a the guest house foi bem tranquila! A tarefa é tirar fotos dos airbnbs que a empresa tem e olhar uma lavanderia nas horas que restam. O quarto disponibilizado é em uma guesthouse, que fica “perto” da praça de armas mas não chega carro na rua. A guesthouse é tranquila e não muito movimentada. Obrigada por essa experiência e por serem receptivos! 💞
