Located just 5 minutes from the train station, and in the heart of the city historical center, our hostel is ideally located for those wishing to explore the best Porto has to offer. It's one of the main Hostel's in town so there's always a vibrant atmosphere that attracts hundreds of travelers! It's also great to get to know people from all the four corners in the world, sharing life experiences and creating unforgettable memories!
No matter the task you're responsible for or the schedule you have, we want you to always be interacting with our guests :)
In your free times, you can visit Porto and the surrounding area, do some sports, take some days off to explore different places in Portugal, or you can chillout with our guests, sharing knowledge and cultural experiences.
If you volunteer with us, you also get the chance to stay a few days for free in our other two hostels in Cascais and Sintra.
At Nice Way Porto Hostel we are a big team and very used to work with volunteers. We want you be part of our team and become part of our family!

This experience was amazing!!! The tasks in the morning shift as well as the evening shift are easy and you have a lot of time to enjoy Porto. The hostel is very well located so you will be able to discover the main attractions of the city or walk 5 minutes and get a train from Sao Bento station to other cities like Aveiro, Braga, etc. The hostel has wonderful energy, I would recommend it 100%. I highly recommend this experience! This was my first work-stay and it definitely set the bar high. What stood out most of all to me was the community. I immediately felt welcomed by the other volunteers and staff. The work itself is fair and easy to get the hang of. Nice Way very quickly became my second family and it was a hard goodbye!
