It was very nice experience! Staff team was really friendly, the hostel is really nice and the vibe in the hostel as well. You can meet huge amount of people all around the world, so if you are sociable person it's a perfect place. Also the location is amazing, as it's easy to get to very beautiful places in Liguria coastal area. Thank you the hostel for such a good time in your place!

I stayed in the hostel for almost 3 weeks and it was a very fun experience. The staff are amazing , the managers as well . The work on its own was simple tasks and the communication with the managers was great. I met great people both volunteers and guests and overall was an amazing experience. I would recommend joining this amazing hostel for sure and i hope i get the chance to meet this people again!

My first OB after being hyped for this chain. Impressive facilities and underwater aesthetic matching this unique city. Work is easy, but there is untapped potential as volunteers feel lost from lack of clear instructions on tasks or city tours: most of it comes from older ones, and events are rarely promoted enough. At times it felt like my skills, attention to detail and effort to connect guests went unnoticed, when some short term volunteers did the minimum and got away with it. Free meals at the bar switched to a discount, but the rich breakfast and kitchen with free ingredients are great.

I stayed at this hostel for 20 days and it was wonderful: the tasks are easy to do, the staff helps a lot to make you feel comfortable, and the hostel is right in the city center, which makes exploring really easy. I learned italian thanks to the people working there and thanks to the locals that come to the hostel every now and then, but I would also would recommend this volunteering to someone who wants to improve their english or spanish.
