Panama Kite Center
At Panama Kite Center it is our mission to make happy kiters.
This is a unique opportunity to work around a restaurant, hotel and kiteboarding school right on the beach.
Both our customers and our staff loves the spot due to it's chilled vibe and positive atmosphere. This is what makes us unique and we would like for you to become a part.
We are a big family, united by the desire to work and live on the beach. We treat each other with respect and share our passion for action water sports. Be sure to bring a positive attitude and a just do it mindset.

The word limit won't allow to describe how happy I am here. I extended my stay from 2 - 3 months after a week. I arrived on NY eve and instantly felt welcomed by Florian and the team. There is nothing to complain about, I love it here, I love the people, hours are respected, everything else in the agreement is provided. I couldn't ask for more. I'm still here and I'm still enjoying every day. Special S/O to the best volunteer team I could have ever wished for! Maiki, Débo, Kali, Luca, thank you so much for everything! Also huge thx to Flo for having me and the whole PKC and Solé Team 🫶🫶🫶

Atmosphere from the get go was excellent everyone was really friendly and welcoming, you make lots of friends with the people you work with, the guests and the locals. Florian’s a brilliant host, you’ll get everything you need, for example I had forgotten some things back home and he took a trip to the city (2 hours away minimum) to help me out and buy those things for me. The work is quite laid back and the staff will keep you right.

Mi experiencia como voluntaria en Panamá Kite Center fue absolutamente increíble. Desde el primer momento, Florian me acogió con los brazos abiertos y me hizo sentir como parte de la familia. Además de aprender kitesurf, tuve la oportunidad de conocer muchos lugares increíbles de Panamá.Lo mejor de mi experiencia fueron las personas que conocí. Compartí momentos inolvidables con otros voluntarios, instructores y locales. Todos ellos eran personas increíbles y amables.

Wow, what an unforgettable time at the panama kitecenter in Punta Chame.
Ive been there for 5 weeks and whether you like it or not, after a few days you realize you have made so many new friends. From the boss Florian, your team and the guests to the locals there.
I was working there as a waiter and behind the bar, with 2 days off a week and good colleagues to swap shifts with if needed (for kiting or other activities), was it more then fair. I would say a good mix of work and exploring Punta Chame.

My time in Panama Kite Center was incredible. The people in Punta Chame are the best I ever met. From the team you work with, to the locals, everyone is super friendly and helpful. You get part of the Punta Chame family as soon as you step out of the car. Florian started to take care of me when i havent even left Germany already, so i felt super safe and welcome the whole time of my 10 week stay. I worked there as a waitress and I never had to complain once. The work scedule is more than fair. I can recommend volunteering there by my whole heart!
