Pipa Roots Hostel

Volunteering with us in Tibau do Sul (Praia da Pipa) is a chance to experience one of the most beautiful coastal areas in Brazil while being part of the creation of a new hostel. You’ll stay close to beaches, nature, cliffs and a vibrant international atmosphere, but also in a quieter setting that allows real connection with the place and the people.

The work is simple and meaningful: gardening, organizing common areas, light maintenance and small improvements that help the hostel grow day by day. Nothing heavy or technical, just daily care to keep the space welcoming, clean and full of life. In return, you get a relaxed routine, good vibes, cultural exchange and time to enjoy Pipa’s beaches, sunsets and local community.

We are hands-on hosts who believe in collaboration, respect and open communication. We work side by side with volunteers and value a friendly, transparent and supportive environment. This is not just a place to work, but a space to share experiences, learn together and feel at home.
