At qema we aim that our volunteers not only have a place to stay, but feel part of the experience. You will have the opportunity to meet new people, enjoy the beach, discover the local culture and be part of a dynamic, relaxed and energetic atmosphere.

If you love the sea, traveling, meeting people and living new experiences, qema is a place where you can combine all that while being part of our team.

We are a close and dynamic team that enjoys working in an environment where people from different places and cultures come together. For us, volunteers are part of the team, so we seek that they feel comfortable, heard and well supported during their stay.

In addition to their tasks, we want them to be able to enjoy all that qema and its surroundings offer. They can relax by the pool, enjoy our bar and restaurant, participate in yoga classes on the terrace or use some of our spaces to work or connect whenever they need.

And of course, being in front of the sea allows you to make the most of Máncora: walk along the beach, take surfing classes or visit nearby places like Las Pocitas and other beaches in the area.

The idea is that their experience as volunteers is also an opportunity to meet people, discover the destination and enjoy their time in Máncora.
