Porque a acomodação é óptima, muito bem localizada na zona histórica de Lisboa, num quarto duplo com banho privado, porque as tarefas são fáceis e acessíveis a todos e porque serão bem recebidos e tratados num clima descontraído e divertido.
A nossa equipa é curtinha, sou só eu e a Bárbara, eu mais na gestão das reservas e divulgação e a Bárbara na gestão interna do espaço e das tarefas diárias. Contaremos com o apoio de um ou dois worldpackers, consoante o movimento e a necessidade que serão enturmados como família.

Minha experiência na guest house foi incrível!! Foi meu primeiro voluntariado e desde o início fui muito bem tratada pelo Luís e pela Val, que são pessoas incríveis, explicaram muito bem as funções do dia a dia e me senti muito bem acolhida. As atividades a serem feitas na guest são tranquilas e bem explicadas. Além disso fiz amizades incríveis com as outras voluntárias. Não poderia ter escolhido melhor lugar pra iniciar meu voluntariado. As instalações são ótimas e a vista do meu quarto simplesmente perfeita!! Sou muito grata por tudo que aprendi e desenvolvi nesse voluntariado.

You have been very trustable and easy going with all the staff so we do thank all the help you have given us. Minha experiência no the guest house Hostel foi excelente! Desde o primeiro dia fui muito bem recebida e me senti super à vontade. Luis e Val são muito simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar, o que fez toda a diferença durante a estadia. O ambiente é tranquilo, limpo e acolhedor, perfeito para quem quer conhecer pessoas e aproveitar a cidade. Sem dúvida foi uma experiência muito positiva e voltaria novamente! Foi um lugar onde realmente consegui me sentir em casa! Muito obrigada, pessoal, vocês são ótimos!

My experience at the guest house was challenging overall. There were several issues with communication and organization, but the main concern was the living conditions. During my stay there were bed bugs issues affecting multiple people. There was no heat in the volunteer room and shower didn't maintain decent temperature, and at one point there was no water in the building. It felt as a very stressful and unstable environment. I tried to adapt and be flexible but it was very one sided, and in the end it didn't feel suitable to continue. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience.

We are sorry you didn't fit in here but you were not a easy person to deal with. I have the policy of not making reviews about volunteers when we are not able to reccommend them to other hosts, even because we were not able to classify your work here as you haven't made much beside the fact of your complains and bad relation with the rest of the staff.
That was the main cause I had to ask you to find another place and solution for your volunteer service. Wish you all the luck, Luís
