I enjoyed a lot the experience. Faro is a small but beautiful city, with a lot of beaches (a bit far but worth it) and a fun nightlife. The work was easy and calm and the host, Nuno, was great with us. Him and the other volunteers made us feel at home. I highly recommend this experience because I met really special people that I'll never forget and I learned new useful skills.

My experience at ria terrace was very good. Nuno is a great host, he has always been very flexible and has always adhered to the right working hours. The job is simple to learn, even for those with no experience; the team is super welcoming and immediately made me feel part of the family. I highly recommend this experience!

Faro é uma cidade pequena, porém bastante turística.Não há muito o que fazer, a não ser ir às praias, acessíveis por ônibus ou trem. Quanto ao trabalho, os horários dos turnos são cumpridos, mas pode ser bastante cansativo. Espera-se que os funcionários realizem diversas tarefas, que vão desde limpeza e recepção até, ocasionalmente, fazer turnos em outros hostels. Os voluntários que conheci eram muito queridos, e pude fazer boas amizades. No geral, foi uma boa experiência, e Nuno demonstra flexibilidade em relação ao tempo de permanência.

Unfortunatelly I could not complete my experience with them, but the days that I was there were amazing. Nuno is a great host. Everyone was welcoming, attentive and friendly. Meal time was a great way to connect to fellow volunteers and make new friends.
The accomodation was confortable and we had a great structure in our well equiped staff kitchen.
